The New York State Unified System has an eCourts portal where individuals can search case records. This portal allows access to future appearance dates for cases in Criminal and Family Courts and active and disposed of cases in Civil Supreme and Local Civil Courts.

    • Class D: The maximum punishment for this felony is 7 years in jail.
    • Class E: The maximum punishment this felony is 4 years in jail.
